Eric B. Boustani
Eric Boustani concentrates his practice on intellectual property and business transactions. He has leveraged his technical background in the computer industry to help clients maximize the value of their intellectual property portfolios. Mr. Boustani has extensive experience in acquisition, licensing, and distribution of products in the software, consumer packaged goods and green energy market sectors. Mr. Boustani has acted as general counsel for several companies handling their corporate matters, patent licensing, trademark portfolios, and trade secret matters to help to maximize their profitability.
If necessary, Mr. Boustani can handle complicated copyright, trade secret, and trademark litigation. Mr. Boustani has represented clients in Internet domain name disputes in trial and appellate courts as well as in ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) administrative proceedings.
Mr. Boustani also has significant experience handling real estate transactions including commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and development. Prior to joining Terra Law, Eric was a managing principal of Davis & Schroeder, an intellectual property boutique firm based in Monterey, California.
