Summer Ludwick is a member of the Real Estate Transactions, Business Transactions, and Real Estate Litigation practice groups at Terra Law.

Within her transactional real estate practice, Ms. Ludwick represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing agreements and ownership/entity structuring. Ms. Ludwick also has a unique insight into the development, ownership, maintenance and leasing of sustainable or LEED certified buildings, and has earned the distinction of a U.S. Green Building Council, LEED Accredited Professional. Ms. Ludwick's expertise includes implementation of risk management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, financing and incentives, purchase and sale of environmental attributes and credits, drafting and negotiating contracts with or for vendors, service providers, consultants and construction professionals, and drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and leases for unique property.

Ms. Ludwick also has experience in a wide range of commercial transactions, including asset purchase and sale agreements, bulk sales, financing agreements and loan/investment documentation, brokerage/sales agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, partnership and operating agreements, distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and manufacturing agreements. This also includes the purchase and sale of gaming establishments pursuant to California Gambling Control Commission guidelines, and the purchase and transfer of liquor licenses pursuant to California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control requirements.

As a member of the Real Estate Litigation practice group, Ms. Ludwick represents clients in breach of contract, construction defect, unlawful detainer, mechanics lien, and enforcement of security agreement actions.
