Thomas E. Rossmeisll

Thomas E. Rossmeissl leads the firm's Trusts and Estates practice. He has significant experience in assisting individuals and families achieve their estate planning, wealth transfer and philanthropic goals. Tom works with each client and family's unique circumstances to craft an estate plan that will achieve that client's objectives.

Tom's experience includes working with clients of all economic backgrounds, including high net worth clients. His practice includes preparing new estate plans and revising existing estate plans, counseling clients regarding selection of fiduciaries, the use of powers of attorney, and planning in anticipation of serious illness and incapacity. Tom previously served as the Regional Trust Manager for Wells Fargo Private Bank in Palo Alto, where he supervised complex trust administration and collaborated with and managed a team of wealth management professionals in assisting high net worth clients build, manage and transition their wealth to their children and to future generations.

Tom also represents trustees and executors in the administration of trusts and estates and represents both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and estate litigation matters.He is also a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Real Estate Litigation practices groups and regularly represents clients in those disputes.
