For the last 23 years Robert Daunt has focused his practice on intellectual property law, technology (principally software) development, acquisition, complex licensing, and distribution transactions as well as the organization, purchase, and sale of private companies in technology related fields. Mr. Daunt practiced with the firm of Davis & Schroeder from 1981 until December of 2003 where he was that firm’s managing principal from 1995 until he joined Terra Law LLP where he now heads the transactional section of the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
