With an emphasis on real property development, Ron Rainey’s practice covers both private and public sector agreements. His work for the private sector includes purchase and sales agreements, financing, ground leases, space leases, CC&R’s, and environmental indemnity agreements. In handling public sector agreements, he advises clients on development requirements such as planning and zoning, environmental review and development agreements.

Ron was originally an economist, before beginning his current career in law. He served as economic and tax policy advisor to the Governor and the Legislature of the State of Minnesota, bringing an enhanced perspective to his legal practice.

Prior to joining Terra Law, Ron was a partner at Hallgrimson McNichols, LLP.
